How to Make a Mala Necklace

A mala necklace is a necklace that people use when they are meditating. This can be a beaded necklace or a piece of jewelry that is made out of different materials. People do not wear these necklaces as a fashion statement because this is not the point of it, and it can cause spiritual people to be upset.

Malas are beads that are put on a string and they can be used in things like meditation or other religious thoughts or actions. Some people compare these to a Rosary. The beads are sometimes counted during meditation to help to keep calm and to concentrate.

A mala is sometimes called a Japa and this is a necklace used by Buddhists, Hindus and more. Since yoga is so popular, people have been using the necklace during yoga so that they can help their life in love, their career or other things.
