Grounding and Protection

Some of the most important ways to ground and protect yourself include meditation and using Reiki.  You can take your physical body and increase your spiritual life through grounding and protection.  You can take away the negative energies that attack you from the spirit world and you can learn to protect yourself so that you can be grounded and increase your personal aura.

People that need spiritual guidance have sometimes not even heard of psychic protection and they need this especially if they have experienced emotional trauma in their lifetime.  These things can make someone feel disconnected and out of control but if they can use easy tools in order to center themselves and to make harmonic, positive decisions then they will be better off.

Being Ungrounded

When someone is ungrounded, they will feel certain things such as:

  • Feeling drained.
  • Being depressed
  • Being angry
  • Anxiousness and stress
  • Spaced out
  • Living in the past
  • Having a cluttered mind
  • Feeling sickly or unhealthy

Being Grounded

When people are feeling grounded, they will feel these things:

  • Strength in their abilities
  • Sense of wellbeing
  • Being full of energy
  • Feeling balanced
  • Having a strong spirituality
  • Loving yourself
  • Loving others

How to Be Grounded and Protected

The best way that you can be grounded is to meditate.  It is best to do this in the morning so that you will stay grounded all night long and all throughout the day.  Doing this can protect you from negativity and fear.  Using grounding stones can help make your auric field stronger and to balance your chakras.  You need to concentrate on what you are doing and meditate in a quiet place that does not bring about distraction.

Grounding

When you hold on to negative energies, it can bring on worry and can hurt you in your body from the top of your head, which is your crown chakra, to the soles of your feat.  You need to make sure you are grounded and connected to the core of the universe.  You can do this by imagining a root growing from your head to your feet and up from the ground.

Protection

You can protect yourself by imagining a white light going all over your body and forming a shield around you.  You can make sure that this protective light surrounds you like a bubble.

Cloak

If you want to have extra protection, you can imagine a white light covering you like a cloak where it will reach from the top of your body all the way to your toes.  This can be added protection if you are going to be in a place with extra negativity around you.
